PharmaPortugal is the brand name that identifies national exporting pharmaceutical companies and their products and communicates an image of European quality to the world.
PharmaPortugal, the Strategic Project for the Export and Internationalisation of the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Industry, is the result of a public-private partnership between APIFARMA (the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Industry Association), AICEP Portugal Global (Business Development Agency), INFARMED, IP (National Authority for Medical and Health Products) and 15 national pharmaceutical groups and companies.
The project’s main objectives are:

To promote and increase exports as well as to internationalise the Portuguese pharmaceutical industry;

To contribute to increasing the value of products and services in the value chain and the greater use of R&D;

To build and disseminate an image of modernity and quality that meet the highest international standards.
